  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and management.
  • Ensure sufficient stock availability and manage sales demonstrations effectively.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and negotiate key deals.
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback to management for business improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or distribution, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and market activities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop actionable insights from sales data.
