Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead business growth initiatives, strengthen client partnerships, and support strategic operations within a government-focused environment in Phnom Penh. This role combines market insight, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
● Drive business development strategies to expand services, partnerships, and institutional collaborations.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with government, private sector, and key stakeholder contacts.
● Identify new opportunities, assess market needs, and support proposal or solution development.
● Coordinate with internal teams to align service delivery, client expectations, and operational goals.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for management and senior leadership.
● Support strategic planning, negotiation, and follow-up actions to achieve growth targets.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Economics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
● 5+ years of experience in business development, consulting, analysis, or account management.
● Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and technology-based service environments.
● Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships in government or regulated sectors.
● Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
● Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills in a fast-paced professional setting.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools; English required, Khmer preferred.
