● Plan, design, and implement domestic IGW network solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
● Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance of new network elements and upgrades.
● Monitor network performance, identify issues, and support troubleshooting to maintain service stability.
● Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and compliance.
● Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation plans for projects and operations.
● Support capacity planning, optimization, and continuous improvement of network infrastructure.

● Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
● Proven experience in telecom network planning, implementation, or operations, preferably domestic IGW.
● Strong knowledge of IP networks, routing, switching, transmission, and telecom service architecture.
● Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze performance data, and support root-cause resolution.
● Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional technical teams.
● Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills in English and Khmer.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Willing to work from Phnom Penh and support field or project activities as needed.
