Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure data backup, system security, and protection against cyber threats.
- Support the installation and maintenance of software applications and operating systems.
- Assist in upgrading IT infrastructure and implementing new technologies.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of hardware and software assets.
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for IT-related services.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff when required.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
- At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Basic understanding of network security, data backup.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support internal users.
- Ability to respond quickly to technical issues and provide effective solutions.
