● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Khmer is an advantage.
● Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling marketing ideas and content.
● Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools is an advantage.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
● Experience in Phnom Penh market trends and customer behavior is preferred.
