We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Service Manager to lead service operations for our [Energy/Water/Oil & Gas/Waste] business. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients, managing service teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely and effective service delivery to customers.
Develop and implement service strategies, schedules, and plans to meet operational and customer requirements.
Lead, supervise, and support service technicians, engineers, and field teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards relevant to the [Energy/Water/Oil & Gas/Waste] industry.
Coordinate with clients to resolve service issues, address concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare regular service reports.
Manage service budgets, resources, spare parts, and inventory.
Support project execution, maintenance activities, and emergency response operations.
Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, reliability, and profitability.
Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, and regulations affecting service operations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field. (Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may be considered.)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations, maintenance, or field services within the Energy, Water, Oil & Gas, or Waste industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Good understanding of operational safety standards and industry regulations.
Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
Experience in managing service contracts, reporting, and operational KPIs.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead teams in the field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and operational management software.
Knowledge of SCADA, maintenance management systems, or asset management platforms is a plus.
