Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Welcome and assist customers visiting the EV motorbike showroom.
  • Provide product information, features, pricing, and promotions of electric motorbikes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test ride arrangements for customers.
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Handle sales documentation, booking, and payment processes accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Record customer information and update sales reports daily.
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams for vehicle delivery and after-sales support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum High School Certificate or Diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Experience in sales, retail, showroom, or motorbike sales is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in electric vehicles (EV) and new technology.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and sales-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer skills (POS system, Excel, Word).
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work as a team.
