  • Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
  • Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and product displays.
  • Control cash, expenses, and store assets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Ensure company policies, safety, and store standards are followed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of retail/store experience; management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Good knowledge of sales, inventory, and store operations.
  • Good computer skills, especially Excel and POS systems.
  • Good command of Khmer and English; Chinese is an advantage.
  • Responsible, honest, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
