  • Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Replace defective parts and components.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
  • Keep maintenance records and reports.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures.
  • Support emergency repair work when needed.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in agriculture, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 to 3 years in mechanic management (experience in agriculture is preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in field conditions and travel as needed.
  • Honest, thorough, good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
  • Experience in vehicle or equipment repair preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and responsible.
