Job Summary
Join Nippon Paint Cambodia as a Store Supervisor in Phnom Penh, overseeing daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily store activities to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
● Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
● Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory movement, and support timely replenishment.
● Handle sales transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
● Support merchandising, product display, and store cleanliness to uphold brand standards.
● Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and follow up on requests.
● Assist in achieving sales targets and report store performance to management.
