• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.• Ensure products are stored properly and warehouse space is utilized efficiently.• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.• Monitor stock levels and investigate inventory discrepancies.• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance.• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations.• Prepare warehouse reports and maintain operational documentation.• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and sales teams.• Ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
