Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor student attendance, behavior, and wellbeing indicators and follow up when concerns arise
  • Assist in supporting students experiencing academic difficulties, behavioral concerns, or personal challenges
  • Coordinate with teachers to implement student support or intervention plans
  • Communicate with parents regarding student wellbeing, attendance, or support needs
  • Support counseling and guidance programs for students requiring additional assistance
  • Maintain student support records, incident reports, and follow-up documentation
  • Assist in coordinating meetings involving students, parents, and teachers when support interventions are required
  • Support implementation of student wellbeing initiatives and awareness programs
  • Assist with student orientation, transition support, and engagement activities
  • Coordinate referrals to internal or external support services when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working with students in schools or youth programs
  • Understanding of student wellbeing, pastoral care, and student support practices
  • Experience coordinating student support programs or interventions is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with students and parents
  • Ability to manage confidential student information with professionalism
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
