Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Monitor student attendance, behavior, and wellbeing indicators and follow up when concerns arise
Assist in supporting students experiencing academic difficulties, behavioral concerns, or personal challenges
Coordinate with teachers to implement student support or intervention plans
Communicate with parents regarding student wellbeing, attendance, or support needs
Support counseling and guidance programs for students requiring additional assistance
Maintain student support records, incident reports, and follow-up documentation
Assist in coordinating meetings involving students, parents, and teachers when support interventions are required
Support implementation of student wellbeing initiatives and awareness programs
Assist with student orientation, transition support, and engagement activities
Coordinate referrals to internal or external support services when necessary

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working with students in schools or youth programs
Understanding of student wellbeing, pastoral care, and student support practices
Experience coordinating student support programs or interventions is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with students and parents
Ability to manage confidential student information with professionalism
Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
