Job Summary

Acteus (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is seeking an entry-level Expeditor to support procurement and supply chain activities in Phnom Penh. You will help ensure timely order processing, supplier coordination, and delivery follow-up to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

● Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
● Monitor order status, identify delays, and escalate issues to help maintain smooth supply flow.
● Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to support accurate and timely processing.
● Prepare and update procurement records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
● Communicate clearly with vendors to confirm pricing, lead times, availability, and shipment details.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
● Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship or related experience is an advantage.
● Good communication and follow-up skills with a proactive and organized work style.
● Basic knowledge of procurement, order tracking, and supply chain processes.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
● Able to work in Phnom Penh, Mean Chey, and collaborate effectively in a team.
● Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
