What you will do:

  • Create purchase orders and track confirmations
  • Review orders based on demand and availability
  • Monitor supplier performance and deliveries
  • Follow up on delays and escalate supply issues
  • Monitor stock levels, shortages and excess stock
  • Support demand and seasonal planning
  • Provide supply updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with suppliers, Logistics, Purchasing and internal teams

Job Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of SAP / ERP and Advanced Excel.
  • Experience in replenishment, supply planning, inventory management or procurement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent English required.
