Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage payment proposals for aircraft spare parts, equipment, materials, and technical service supplies.
  • Track and report material stock levels and contract support status.
  • Support the Supply General Manager with procurement of non-contract materials.
  • Coordinate with Finance to monitor and report supplier debts.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Technical Officer and Supply General Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the airline or aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of technical operations and/or financial processes.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and complete tasks within set guidelines and standards.
