  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Monitor stock movement and prepare inventory reports.
  • Plan and process purchase orders based on inventory needs.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality products and competitive prices.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams on receiving and payment processes.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or purchasing.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure.
