  • Technical Solutions: Provide expert guidance and technical solutions to address complex problems within the industrial manufacturing processes, focusing on both mechanical and electrical aspects.
  • Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and improve manufacturing systems, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Offer guidance on mechanical and electrical components to optimize processes.
  • Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within manufacturing equipment, machinery, and processes. Implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes by implementing new technologies, automation, and best practices. Drive innovation to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality control, and R&D, to ensure alignment on technical standards and improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical role within industrial manufacturing, preferably in roles that encompass both mechanical and electrical aspects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and their interactions within industrial manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Project management skills and the ability to lead technical improvement projects.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
