Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee all after-sales service operations, including installation, maintenance, repair, and warranty handling for kitchen appliances.
  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians and customer service staff.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to customers, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
  • Monitor service KPIs and generate performance reports (e.g., response time, repair rate, customer feedback).
  • Manage service inventory, spare parts, and tools to ensure availability and cost control.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support customer expectations and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement service protocols, training, and safety guidelines for the team.
  • Liaise with manufacturers or distributors for technical support and warranty claims.
  • Promote a service-first culture and continuously improve service processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a service management or supervisory role, preferably in the home appliance or electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen appliances and troubleshooting techniques. - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Khmer and English (spoken and written).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management software (preferred).
