Responsible for effective distribution, maintenance and repair services on all heavy construction equipment at jobsite locations throughout the supervision of field service personnel. This position will manage and coordinate field service technicians to make sure that equipment is repaired or maintained as needed. It is also required selling additional needed service to customers. This position will manage workflow and work assignments, work with customers to resolve any complaints and oversee work to ensure satisfaction of customers.
Task:

• Serves as primary contact for customers
• Respond the request and inquiries from customers,
• Calculating and coordinating technicians
• Maintains proper balance of qualified personnel to service the work lead
• Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings.
• Secure agreement from customers before repairs;
• Communicate the need for additional work when needed
• Follow up progress of each repair order during the day,
• Closed work orders timely and answer any questions,
• Coordinate with warranty administrator in processing of warranty claim.
• Advise customers on the care of their equipment and the value of maintaining their equipment
• Prepares, implement & sees that preventive maintenance programs are carried out for all sold machines within its warranty period
• Recommends, implements, and evaluates policies, procedures, and standards
• Provide necessary coaching to promote teamwork
• Provide necessary directions coordination and specialized guidance
• Sees that a proper library of manuals, service bulletins, instructions
• Ensures the technicians are equipped
• Prepare and submit training plan
• Ensures employees under his supervision have the proper maintenance and safety training
• Demonstrates competency of methods, tools, equipment, and parts
• Coach and provide career development advice to his staff,
• Responsible for conducting regular service
• Reports to the service manager any problems
• Performs other duties as assigned by the service manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.  
• At least 5 years of service experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role in the heavy equipment industry.  
• Solid understanding of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical diagnostics, and machine components.  
• Proven team management and problem-solving skills.  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Khmer; English proficiency is a plus.  
• Familiarity with service software, maintenance tracking systems, and safety procedures.  
• Ability to travel to customer sites and remote locations as required.
