An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Advanced Diagnostics & Repair
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic systems, including ECUs, ABS, airbags, lighting, infotainment, and body control modules.
• Work with high-voltage systems in hybrid and electric vehicles safely.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software for fault detection and resolution.

2. System Integration & Calibration
• Ensure all electrical components function correctly after body repairs.
• Calibrate sensors, cameras, and electronic systems impacted by structural or panel repairs.
• Collaborate with body and painting teams to avoid interference with electrical systems.

3. Quality Assurance & Safety
• Conduct thorough functional and safety checks before vehicle delivery.
• Implement workshop electrical safety standards and high-voltage handling protocols.
• Ensure repairs meet OEM quality standards and customer expectations.

4. Mentoring & Supervision
• Guide and train junior electrical technicians in diagnostics, repairs, and safety practices.
• Supervise complex repair jobs and ensure adherence to workshop SOPs.
• Assist in developing standard procedures for electrical repair and testing.

5. Documentation, communication & Reporting
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, replaced parts, and calibration procedures.
• Report recurring electrical issues to management and recommend preventive measures.
• Track tools, test equipment, and consumables for electrical repairs.
• Communicate to team members for the next process and specific note (if any).

Job Requirements

- Knowledge:
• Advanced automotive electrical systems and high-voltage (HV) components.
• Hybrid and electric vehicle systems including batteries, inverters, motors, and charging systems.
• OEM repair procedures, wiring diagrams, and fault codes.
• Diagnostic software, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical tools.
• Workshop safety protocols for electrical and high-voltage systems.

Skills:
• Expert troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read complex wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Precision and attention to detail for electrical and electronic repairs.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong coordination and communication with workshop teams.

- Min. 5–7 years of experience in automotive electrical repairs, including hybrid/EV systems.

- Familiarity with OEM standards, quality assurance, and workshop management practices.
