Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Developing and executing trade marketing & promotional plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
  • Sales & Marketing: Supporting sales teams with marketing materials, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Operations: Managing shipping documentation, contracts, and Letter of Credit (L/C) processes, ensuring smooth trade execution.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with international agents, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Product & Brand Management: Coordinating product launches, managing product care training, and developing marketing assets for distributors.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring compliance with trade regulations, monitoring market trends, and reporting on the performance of trade activities.

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 1year experience in sales, marketing, or trade operations in agriculture sectors
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of trade regulations, documentation, and logistics is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Business, Marketing).

Chinese and English speaking is a must
