Floor Translation: Provide accurate, real-time translation between Chinese management and Khmer-speaking staff directly inside the garment workshop.
Technical Communication: Translate technical garment terms, production targets, machinery instructions, and quality requirements clearly.
Document Translation: Assist in translating daily production reports, company policies, and workshop notices between Chinese and Khmer.
Interpersonal Support: Help resolve workplace misunderstandings or grievances by facilitating clear, neutral communication on the floor.

Job Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of translation experience, specifically within a garment workshop or factory environment.
Languages: Fluent in Chinese and Khmer (excellent spoken, listening, and comprehension skills; reading/writing is a strong plus).
Skills: Deep understanding of garment factory/technical terminology, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
