Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Supervise and manage the daily transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and delivery tracking.
  • Lead and coordinate the transport team, including drivers and administrative staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to transportation, including vehicle documentation, permits, maintenance records, and fuel tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of transport activities, including delivery status, incidents, and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to plan and execute efficient delivery schedules and stock transfers.
  • Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize transport processes and reduce costs.
  • Handle escalated transport issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Support audits and prepare reports for management regarding transport operations.
  • Assist management in preparing transport-related reports, budgets, and operational plans.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport management systems.
  • Good communication skills in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of transport regulations, vehicle maintenance, and safety standards.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
