• Operating and Maintaining Steam distribution Systems• Operating and Maintaining Air Compressor Plant• Operating and Maintaining Refrigeration Plant• Operating and Maintaining Water Treatment Plant• Operating and Maintaining Generator, Fire protection systems• Operating and Maintaining Wastewater Treatment Plant• Record daily energy and chemical usage data• Report issues with energy production and waste water systems• Notify supervisors and stakeholders of problems• Comply with quality management and company systems• Perform repair and construction tasks as assigned• Inspect and analyze maintenance issues and resolve them• Provide advice and consultation to ensure user needs are met• Conduct machinery maintenance as per planned schedules• Inspect problematic energy production systems, water treatment, and wastewater systems

Job Requirements
• Higher Vocational Certificate in related mechanical trades such as mechanical technician, electrical technician, automotive technician, or electronics technician• Knowledge of Steam distribution Systems• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair of machinery, both mechanical and electrical• Knowledge of wastewater treatment system• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
