  • Assist in inspecting and data analysis of property(s) under consideration
  • Assist in preparing all required document for entering valuation report
  • Assist in fill all required information in inspection form
  • Assist in search and select comparable properties in according to Standards.
  • Assist in communicate to property owner or bankers for inspection
  • Assist in prepare valuation report, if needed and/or as instructed by supervisor/Head
  • Printing and binding reports, if needed and/or as instructed by supervisor/Head
  • Rendering others tasks or services assigned by supervisor/Head

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate in related fields
  • Know how to use google map and drive motor
  • Good personality and communication Skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Teamwork and hardworking person
