Job Description

  • Overseeing Outbound Shipments: Supervising the process of picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that products are available for shipment and managing stock rotation
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that all outbound shipments meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in outbound processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
  • Customer Communication: Coordinating with customer service and logistics teams to address any issues related to outbound shipments
  • Reporting: Generating reports on outbound activities, including shipment accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and team performance
  • To incident and complains; including vehicle accident, transportation service complaint
  • To prepare managerial report
  • To arrange appropriate workface
  • To comply with the SOP
  • To archive and improve internal KPI /SLA

Job Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience of Warehouse Management. CG, F&B
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems. Ex: SAP or others
  • Computer’s program  :  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Good command of both written & spoken English
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
