The Welcome Attendance is the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional greeting while ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. This role is responsible for welcoming customers,understanding their needs, and guiding them to the appropriate sales representative or department.  


JOB SCOPE

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with initial inquiries.
  • Understand customers' requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel or service area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage customer flow efficiently and enhance positive experience during their wait times.
  • Address any customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Document walk-in clients and enter the information into the designated form.
  • Always uphold the company&customer service policies and standards.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
  • A minimum of 0-1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high customer traffic efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of company products and services (training will be provided).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
