•  Assist in conducting property inspections and data collection
• Research market trends, comparable properties, and pricing data
• Support in preparing detailed valuation reports in English
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of valuation data and documentation
• Communicate with clients when required for information gathering
• Maintain organized records of valuation reports and supporting documents
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and valuation standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Handling complex property data and market fluctuations
• Ensuring high accuracy under tight deadlines
• Communicating technical valuation information clearly in English
• Adapting to changing market conditions and client expectations
• Accuracy and quality of valuation reports 
• Timeliness in report preparation and submission

• Education 

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business, or related field

• Professional Experience 

At least 1–2 years of experience in property valuation or related field

• Knowledge  

Understanding of property valuation methods and real estate market

Knowledge of valuation standards and reporting practices

• Skills and Abilities

Strong English writing and speaking skills (critical)

Good analytical and research skills

 Attention to detail and accuracy

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
