- Analysis for all loan applications (Commercial, Cooperate and SME products) from Department and Branch
- Recommend to Line Manager about the loan application decision after review
- To review the loan purpose (Commercial, Cooperate and SME products) of the clients to make sure it is correctly by follow loan request submit by Branch/Department
- To review finance statement and other income document to identify Potential risk in order making decision.
- To review existing loan portfolio to assess risk level and make recommendation for adjustment to portfolio base on change in the market condition.
- Collecting and consolidate all data from internal property evaluation and external property evaluation to minimize the risk of the Bank.
- Provided information about loan term and condition to Manager/loan officer /Chief loan Officer /BM and other stakeholder involved in the loan process.
- In case loan suspicious, we shall be conducted site visit business and collateral.
- To set loan amount for clients to be risk protection after reviewed client information.
- In case loan has limited over 500K after reviewed shall be prepared client’s documents for credit committee meeting
- To be clear credit score by follow credit policy
- Helping to enhance the quality of credit applications to bank get high income and low risk
- Making recommendations about procedural/policy changes in case clients want to change any condition that branch cannot decide, so we can guide to branch
- To prepare monthly report to senior manager
