7. Compliance & Control

• Ensure promotions follow company policies and pricing guidelines
• Verify accuracy of promotional pricing and materials
• Minimize errors in promotion execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in retail marketing, promotions, or FMCG
• Strong understanding of promotional strategies and retail operations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
