Develop and maintain performance management policies, tools, and processes. Coordinate annual performance appraisal cycles and ensure compliance. Design and implement competency frameworks and career development plans. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend actions. Provide training and guidance to managers on performance management practices. Collaborate with HRBP and other teams to align performance and development initiatives. Prepare reports and dashboards for management decision-making. Perform other tasks as assigned.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Minimum Education Master or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Professional Experience 3–5 years in HR performance management or organizational development. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of performance management systems and HR metrics. Analytical skills for interpreting performance data. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools. Other Requirements Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
