Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment priorities. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, universities, career fairs, and other recruitment channels. Conduct CV screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes with stakeholders. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions, especially Sales and Commercial roles. Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress and recruitment KPIs. Conduct reference checks and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements. Support employer branding activities, job fairs, campus recruitment, and internship programs. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field. Professional Experience 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields. Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels. Exposure to mass hiring or sales recruitment is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies. Good command of English and Khmer. Other Requirements Willing to travel for recruitment events, career fairs, and campus activities. Customer-oriented mindset with strong service attitude. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
