• Develop and implement annual training plans.• Conduct training needs analysis and competency assessments.• Manage onboarding, leadership, and skill development programs.• Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.• Coordinate with department heads to support workforce development.• Lead the Training & Development team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum 3–5 years of Training & Development experience.• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.• Good command of English and Khmer.
