• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.• 7 years of experience in Human Resources• Experience in all aspects of HR is advantage• Good at problem solving skills• Be an HR Business Partner• Familiar with manufacturing and farming is an advantage• Experience in complex projects is advantage• Be able to travel to Bokor Mountain
