1. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs announcement at educational institution.4. Source and recruit candidates by social media or group networking.5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting both physical and online6. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills set, experiences and aptitudes.7. Request document support comply to the company requirement8. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated9. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.10.Organize skills assessment or IQ/EQ tests.11.Other responsibilities delegated by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant.2. At least, 2 years of proven work experience either professionally or through an internship.3. Good interpersonal skills, with colleagues, trainees, and management.4. Profound knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or other training software programs.5. An adequate understanding of the principles that are involved in a good training program.6. Knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel.7. Be honest, hardworking and flexible.
