● Plan and manage HR operations, policies, and procedures in line with company goals.● Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support business needs.● Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.● Coordinate training, development, and succession planning for key roles.● Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.● Maintain HR records, reports, and confidential employee data accurately.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.● Proven experience in HR management, preferably in trading, distribution, or import/export.● Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.● Good understanding of Cambodian labor law and HR compliance requirements.● Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work in Phnom Penh, Chamkar Mon, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
