Insights for Loan Programs:
Provide regular performance insights for 10+ loan programs.
Identify key trends and areas of improvement to support strategic decision-making
Output-Driven Analytics:
Generate actionable analytics to increase loan uptake and improve portfolio performance.
Ensure insights align with organizational goals and KPIs.
Recommendations for Leadership:
Furnish data-backed recommendations for the Senior Manager Planning and Pricing, Head of Planning & Product Analytics, and Head of Digital Lending.
Present findings in a clear and concise manner to aid decision-making.
Dashboard Creation and Monitoring:
Develop customized dashboards for daily monitoring of loan program performance.
Provide tools and visualizations for Digital Lending product managers to track and optimize product performance
Sub-Segment Identification:
Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to identify sub-segments within the customer base.
Propose strategies to increase product penetration in identified segments.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in analytics or a similar role, preferably in banking or fintech.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and dashboard creation tools
Strong understanding of lending products and customer segmentation.
