Job Summary
BS Transportation & Trading Co. Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence in Phnom Penh. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on marketing execution to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets and market expansion.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
● Identify new business opportunities, lead negotiations, and close deals to drive revenue.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide business decisions.
● Plan and coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives.
● Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
● Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations for management.

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in trading, distribution, or import/export.
● Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to develop strategies, manage targets, and deliver measurable results.
● Good understanding of market analysis, customer acquisition, and business development.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools; CRM experience is a plus.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience at manager level and willingness to work in Phnom Penh, Doun Penh.
