 Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives within the FMCG`.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding distribution channels and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
 Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, KPIs, and budgetary requirements, taking corrective actions as necessary to drive results. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure
alignment between sales and marketing efforts, leveraging promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives to drive sales growth.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
 Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to adapt sales strategies accordingly and maintain competitive advantage.
 Monitor and manage sales budgets, expenses, and profitability, optimizing resource allocation and cost-efficiency to maximize ROI.
 Manage sales team and distributors to ensure all products are distribute to every channel of distribution
 Implement effective sales forecasting methodologies to anticipate demand fluctuations and manage inventory levels accordingly, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
 Lead sales meetings, trainings, and presentations to communicate sales targets, performance expectations, and new product launches to the sales team.
 Develop and implement strategic sales plans and business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
 Own recruiting and managing sales representatives, setting goals, providing coaching, and monitoring their performance.
 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

 Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or related field.
 At least 5-7 years in relevant FMCG Sale background.
 Excellent command of the English language.
 Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

 Proven sales experience, sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
 Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
 Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
 Effective communication skills.
