A Big Opportunity for ...

Market and sell luxury residential/commercial properties to prospective buyers
Assist and adhere to the sales and marketing plans of the company
Assist the internal team and externally appointed marketing agency to ensure high sales conversion of the property
Ensure marketing materials such as brochures & flyers are in order and distributed
Create brand awareness and deliver to our customers’ satisfaction
Get involved and assist in exhibitions/events
Provide prospective clients with information and answer all queries pertaining of features and facilities of the properties on sales
Actively liaise with clients on administrative matters after sales
Ensure that government regulations and company procedures are adhered to when handling prospective buyers and conducting the property sales transactions
Responsible for a smooth day-to-day running and operations of the show flat to ensure a high standard of presentation
And other duties as and when assigned by management

Male/Female

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma/Degree in real estate or related disciplines preferred
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the property or real estate development industry
Prior working experience in property developer companies preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong passion for sales
Good team player, resourceful, and driven
Possess initiative and self-motivated
Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage
