Supervise and manage the daily transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and delivery tracking.
Lead and coordinate the transport team, including drivers and administrative staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Oversee administrative tasks related to transportation, including vehicle documentation, permits, maintenance records, and fuel tracking.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of transport activities, including delivery status, incidents, and operational metrics.
Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to plan and execute efficient delivery schedules and stock transfers.
Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize transport processes and reduce costs.
Handle escalated transport issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Support audits and prepare reports for management regarding transport operations.
Assist management in preparing transport-related reports, budgets, and operational plans.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport management systems.
Good communication skills in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of transport regulations, vehicle maintenance, and safety standards.
High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
