A Big Opportunity for ...

To complete BV understanding of the local market: size, clients, competitors, organization, access channels
To propose 3 years business plan & a pragmatic yearly actions plan
To set up prospect database
To set up sales process for a mass market approach
To decide on local range of service & launch customization of generic services
Decide on & launch local customized commercial tools
To meet large clients and manage the relationship with them
To launch marketing operations to the mass market
To organize seminars, conferences, participation to important exhibitions
To set up agreements with local partners
Define the pricing policy
To set up the organization, in particular the back office & the relationship with production people
Co-ordinate actions to clients with BV Network
Disseminate sales competences to local BV people in order to speed up the development
To set up all necessary procedures for a good & safe running of the business
To be responsible of the achievement of the Cambodia target fixed by the CE
