A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Provide day-to-day ERP system support to end-users across different departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical ERP issues promptly.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues to ERP Manager or vendor when required.
  • Assist in ERP configuration, user management, and access control.
  • Support ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, etc.) depending on company usage.
  • Coordinate for patches, upgrades, and new releases.
  • Document ERP processes, user guides, and issue-resolution steps.
  • Train and support employees on ERP usage and best practices.
  • Assist in data migration, data validation, and reporting as required.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and ERP governance standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree plus
  • Minimum of 3-year experiences in Retail or Distribution
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying issues.
  • Team player with ability to work independently when needed.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and system changes.
