- A bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related fields.- At least 10 years of experience in Hotel and Casino Management- Good understanding and knowledge of Casino operations- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.- Prefer Cambodian Candidates
