A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare the employment contract for HQ employee and ensure that contract signed as agreed timeline;
  • Responsible on new staff data entry in HCM to ensure that staff's data are accurate and complete in the timely manner;
  • Responsible on update staff movement and salary change in Ramco;
  • Responsible on process of retirement HQ staff and properly record the data;
  • Responsible on follow up staff account information for new HQ staff;
  • Collect and check new HQ staff documents from recruiter and collect other compliances document from new HQ staff with onboarding checklist and requirement;
  • Monitor and follow up for pending documents to complete the requirement;
  • Arrange hard copy of personnel documents in a safe cabinet to ensure that all HQ staff's profile are properly kept;
  • Scan personnel document in soft copy and proper filling in drive to ensure that all HQ staff's profile are properly stored;
  • Perform movement of personnel profile both hard copy and soft copy to ensure the separation file of active and inactive staff;
  • Perform subsequent control on employee personal files to ensure no missing or lost of personnel profile and/or related document;
  • To provide support for payroll team on new staff, movement, salary change documents;
  • Support summit new HQ staff profile to related team for internal control by monthly and quarterly;
  • Prepare contract intern location base in HQ (new and renewal);
  • Ensure the good customer service standard provide to employee and related stakeholder;
  • Maintain the confidential of employee data in accordance with legal and organizational standard;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager and Supervisor, Employee services.

职位要求

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or equivalent;
  • Good communication skills in both Khmer and English (verbal and written);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems;
  • One-year experience in Human resource management, data processing or administration;
  • Experience in HR system and process.
