Job Summary
Lead day-to-day logistics operations at DHL Express Cambodia in Phnom Penh, ensuring smooth shipment handling, service quality, and team coordination. This role supports efficient warehousing, transport, and port-related processes while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure hand over processes of shipments and paperwork are normally operated.
• Organize appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements.
• Ensure incoming shipments are recovered, “break bulked”, inspected and cleared in the quickest, most efficient manner possible.
• Manage receipt and lodgment of outbound shipments from country operations to ensure timely departure and uplift.
• Ensure accurate sorting and optimum loading of all inbound & outbound shipments.
• Monitor ground handler and warehouse provider performance and complete all necessary reports.
• Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
• Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
• Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
• Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department

● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
● Proven supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, or transport operations.
● Strong understanding of operational workflow, shipment handling, and service delivery.
● Ability to supervise teams, manage priorities, and solve problems under pressure.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
