• Master Planer for the daily NEO staff schedule
• Lead the coordination of Events or activities at NEO
• Explains game operation or rules to staff,
• Responds to patron complaints of machine malfunction
• Informs customers of defective machines and returns tokens inserted by customers back to them
• Calls or notifies the maintenance department or technician of the arcade machine and records time of machine malfunctions
• Keeps records of the time and activities of customer and staff
• Observes customers and keeps peace and order inside the facility or store
• Mentor and support Assistant Supervisor in organizing NEO Staff
• Daily checking game machine and other equipment
• Organize general maintenance schedule and keep following up with technician team
• Conduct weekly team-meeting
• Participate in weekly and monthly meeting with Malls
• Assist and participate in regular training with Malls
• Deal with the technical team
• Prepare all reports, daily, weekly, monthly and close shift reports
• Work directly with account department and Senor Officer Merchandise in Inventory, stock control, ordering process etc.….
• Handle customer’s complaints and solve it
• Daily Monitor staff attendance, leave record and report to Operations Manager
• Providing a leadership support function to team and motivate staff
• Training and peer monitoring new staffs
• Be an example and active role model for all NEO staff
• Act as a role model in providing exemplary customer service to walk-in customers, and community at large
• Implement NEO’s rule and regulations
• Provide training and update information to NEO staff
• Promote NEO when interacting with visitor and groups
