– Supervise and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to meet and exceed sales goals.

– Lead the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all doors.

– Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business reports, including sales performance, promotion results, and manpower updates.

– Monitor stock levels, tester usage, and operational expenses.

– Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail guidelines.

– Handle staff commission calculate and roster by monthly.

– Previous experience in a supervisory role in the cosmetics / beauty / fragrance / fashion industry is preferred.

– Strong leadership and communication skills.

– Excellent customer service skills with a passion for beauty.

– Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

– Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.

– Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written

– Basic computer skills – e.g., emailing, Microsoft office including Excel / PowerPoint / Words.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
