Conducting product research and competitor analysis to understand consumer preferences and market.
Defining product specifications, features and performance requirements based on market and internal demands.
Generating creative and innovative ideas and concepts for new products or product enhancements.
Creating prototypes and conducting testing to validate product designs and functionalities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and timely launch.
Monitoring product development timelines and quality standards.
Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the viability and profitability of new products.
Managing product documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform product development decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications.
Create and manage project timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
Coordinate prototype development, testing and validation, collecting and analyzing data to inform product refinements.
Conduct product analysis, user testing and gather feedback to evaluate product usability, functionality and overall customer experience.
Monitor post-launch product performance, gathering customer feedback and implementing improvements based on market insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and advancements in product development methodologies to enhance product offerings.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3+ years of experience in product development or a similar role.
Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to commercialization.
Familiarity with market research techniques and consumer behavior.
Strong business acumen and market awareness, with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
Proficiency in product design software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A creative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
