A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in the development and execution of project plans, including store layout, build of quantity, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Coordinate meetings and communication between project teams and stakeholders to streamline project updates and information flow.
  • Support project tracking and reporting by maintaining project documentation and monitoring progress against milestones.
  • Participate in the identification of project risks and issues and assist in proposing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Contribute to project kick-off meetings and assist in the creation of project briefs and status reports.
  • Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure adequate resources (materials, staff, tools) are available on-site
  • Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and safety regulations
  • Implement improvements based on feedback or audit results
  • Document lessons learned for future projects
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-year experiences preferably in Retail or FMCG.
  • Having good organizational, time management skills and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point.) AutoCAD and 3D Sketch Up
  • Ability to understand, speak and write in English
  • Willing to travel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
